1 cup diced tomato
1/2 cup diced white onion
2 tbsp minced jalapeno (remember the membrane and seeds will determine the heat)
2 tbsp fresh cilantro
1 tbsp lime juice
2 ripe avocados peeled, pitted, and diced
Stir to combine the first 5 ingredients in a medium bowl to blend. Carefully fold in avocado and season to taste with salt.
